This one's a bit of a "who knew?" to me. According to wikipedia, Jacob Benjamin Gyllenhaal was Bar Mitzvahed at a homeless shelter so he would fully appreciate his privileged lifestyle.

Oh, I think his parents made him. But good for them. They also made him work--a rarity for Hollywood kids!
